About Brandon...
Brandon Smith started his personal baseball training business September, 1991. He has been working with aspiring baseball players, coaches and parents ever since. Developing a training system that players of all levels and abilities can implement in their game has been the key to the way Brandon teaches baseball.
The Oakland A’s drafted Brandon in the 36th round of the 1991 draft. After playing 2 and half seasons with the A’s affiliate in Scottsdale, AZ, Smith played a season with AIA in China and the Philippines. The following spring, the New York Mets signed Smith to a minor league contract. Over the next 2 and half seasons, Smith played in Pittsfield, MA. Binghamton, NY and Norfolk, VA. The Richmond Roosters, of the Frontier League, were the last stop on Smith’s professional journey.
Along the way...Smith earned a degree in Exercise Health Science with a Concentration in Sport Management from Kennesaw State University...Co-Founded ebaseballtips.com...Wrote Blueprint for Baseball...Opened several indoor training centers in the metro Atlanta area...Coached recreational baseball teams, elite travel teams and high school teams.
