Program Overview

The Velocity Throwing Program gives athletes consistent, high-quality throwing development supported by movement training, arm-care progressions, and intentional velocity work. Sessions are structured, progressive, and designed to improve both performance and arm health.

Players learn how to:

  • Move efficiently and create force safely

  • Improve arm speed and sequencing

  • Build strength through proper patterns

  • Increase velocity without overloading the arm

  • Repeat mechanics under intensity

This is not random throwing. This is a professional, development-driven system built to produce real results.

Every session integrates the four pillars of throwing development:

1. Movement & Pattern Training

Building efficient mechanics that support velocity and reduce stress.

2. Arm-Care / Durability Work

Shoulder integrity, stability, and recovery patterns that keep athletes healthy.

3. Strength & Power Development

Core, lower-body, and rotational force production essential for high velocity.

4. Intent-Based Throwing Work

Measured velocity sessions that teach athletes how to move fast safely and consistently.

Schedule & Pricing

2026 Program Schedule

The program begins Sunday, January 18th, 2026 and runs for 6 weeks.

The training group meets each Sunday and Wednesday night to keep coaching quality high and athlete flow efficient.

Time: 7:30–9:00 PM Sundays and Wednesdays

Each group is limited to 16 athletes to maintain individualized attention.
