The Baseballsmith site helps parents and coaches deal with the ups and downs of baseball. We will also cover proper nutrition for young athletes, dealing with a "bad coach" and or "bad parents", relational issues that come up in the stands.
Baseball Equipment and training aids can be very expensive. After 20 years in baseball, I have seen what works and what training aids are cheap gimmicks.
We will only highlight products that encourage proper mechanics, are made to last and come from companies with the player in mind.
If you have a suggestion for a product for baseballsmith to review please notify us through the contact form at the bottom of the page.
All in all, Baseballsmith is not intended to be a one stop shop for youth baseball. However, we do hope that it is one of your stops as you research different training, coaching and parenting issues for youth baseball.
When baseball is done right it is a great experience for all those involved. The memories people have from their time playing baseball last a life time.
I hope we can help you make the most of your experiences in baseball.
Sincerely,
Brandon Smith
