Raised in Kennesaw, Georgia I am the youngest of three boys. I grew up playing baseball with and against the best talent in the nation with East Cobb Baseball. In high school I played three years of Varsity baseball at Allatoona High School.

​After high school I started three years at Columbus State University as a SS/CP. After my junior year the Miami Marlins drafted me in the 19th round as a pitcher. My first year and a half of pro ball has been spent rehabbing Tommy John. In 2020 I will be playing my first full season of professional baseball.
