I work with baseball players to get the most out of their abilities.  In doing so I teach the skills and drills aspects of baseball along with the mental approach to the game.

“If your approach is good then your mechanics will be good” is a phrase I constantly tell my players.

I want them to have the “right” approach for every situation!

My coaching system is best defined as relational. I know my players…what they like, what they are good at, what they need help with. Being able to communicate and motivate players to achieve success is my goal for EVERY player.
